Serenity Hardaway is a proud native of Raeford, North Carolina. After graduating from Hoke County High, she went on to receive her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University in 2015. She then went on to attend the prestigious North Carolina Central University School of Law, graduating in 2020 with her Juris Doctor. Serenity primary goal has always been to use her passion, skills, and voice to advocate for others. Growing up, as the granddaughter of the late Pastor Betty L. Hardaway and Elder Freeman Hardaway Sr., she learned early what it took to serve and be a pillar in her community. As the daughter of Perika K. Hardaway, a serial entrepreneur, she also learned early what it took to successfully operate a business. With those skills combined, Serenity went to school with the purpose of enhancing those skills and using them as tools to navigate the complexities of the legal system. Those set of skills has been successful in helping her to adequately advise, defend and represent her clients. Now serving as the managing member of her law firm and the founder of a Non-Profit Organization, she has developed a passion for helping small businesses develop and grow, while also ensuring that they stay in continued compliance with North Carolina laws. Serenity believes in zealous representation, consistent communication, and solutions. She stands on her motto to provide reliable advice, honest answers and timely results.
